What you may and may not do here.
You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own business purposes. You may not copy it into a competing product or service, present it as your own, or reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems, probe or scan it, interfere with its availability, submit anything through the enquiry form that is unlawful or that you have no right to disclose, or use automated means to extract content at a scale that affects other users.
What belongs to whom.
The content, design, diagrams and structure of this site, and the CipherWyze and Navigator names and marks, are owned by us or licensed to us. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them beyond what these terms expressly allow.
Third-party names, standards and marks referred to on this site — including CycloneDX, and the names of any regulations or standards bodies mentioned — remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their mention does not imply endorsement in either direction.
Information, not advice, and not a commitment.
The content of this site is general information about our platform and our approach to cryptographic governance. It is not legal, regulatory, security or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for expert cryptographic judgement applied to your own organisation.
Descriptions of the platform on this site describe its intended purpose and current direction. They are not a specification, a warranty or a contractual commitment. What we are obliged to deliver to a customer is set out in that customer's agreement with us and nowhere else.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the enquiry form does not create any obligation on either of us beyond our handling of your enquiry as described in our privacy notice.
The application is governed by a separate agreement.
Navigator is hosted at navigator.cipherwyze.com and is made available only to organisations that have licensed it. Access to it is governed by the agreement between us and that organisation, not by these terms.
We do not guarantee the site, and we cap what we owe.
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where this site links to a third-party website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
Changes, severability and governing law.
We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country in which you live.
